Every Homecoming, hundreds of Maroons participate in the House Banner Competition, a UChicago tradition where students create a banner to represent their houses. Traditionally, the banners are created by UChicago housemates on large cloth sheets and judged by a third party. But in 2020, the UChicago House Banner Competition, was judged by you, UChicago alumni, staff and students. Thank you to all who created, voted and gave.
Now, the results are in! Congratulations to the winners of the 2020 UChicago Homecoming Banner Competition. The two first place prizes of $400 toward a study break go to…
Alper House whose banner was stellar to students and Dodd-Mead House whose banner was on fire with alumni.
